Conditions of sales


All tiles should be checked upon receipt. Once our deliver docket and/or carrier's docket is signed, it will be deemed to confirm the receipt of the correct goods in good conditions. Incorrect delivery, short delivery or damaged tiles must be notifed to us within 48 hours of receipt of tiles.


Before installing, ensure that tiles are correct and of one shade.


It is the tiler's responsibility to check for any visual defects before laying the tile!


No claims will be entertained once the tiles are laid.




Crazing and Shade variation is the inherent characteristics of ceramic tiles DW Tiles accepts no responsibilities in respect of any minor shade variation between samples shown to the buyer and actual tiles supplied. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase adequate quanitity to complete a job. We can't guarantee to supply the tile in the same shade and calibre for your subsequent orders. If swapping is required because of inadeqate order, handling charge will be applied.




The dimensions of ceramic tiles are indicative dimensions only. All tiles will differ from batch to batch in sizes.


Anti-slip test:


The results of any anti-slip tests (Water pendulum or oil ramp) are indicative only. It will be changed slightly from the batch to batch. It is a retailer's responsibility to have a test on the tile of a particular batch for its exact rating.


It is a retailer's responsibility to help consumers to select correct tiles for their particular use. 


Handling of ceramic wall tiles: 


To avoid scratch surface of the tile please do not remove protective paper/foam between tiles before moving boxes to the tiling site. After removing the protective paper, leave tiles standing against a wall face to face. It is the operator's responsibility if the tiles are scratched on job site.


Technical Support: 


Consult DW Tiles for technical supports on our products. All polished tiles were treated in the factory. Cleaning tiles is not DW Tiles responsibility. We won't be responsible for any damages occurred because of cleaning and other treatments done by the end user.




We won't accept any returns unless the tiles are in original packages and we have the same shade or calibre in stock. A 20% of handling charge will be applied on all returns.


All goods delivered to retailers remain the property of DW Tiles until the goods are paid in full.


We will offer a credit account of 30 days EOM to our loyal customers. If an account is 3 weeks overdue or overdue quite often, it will be reverted to COD or stop supplying. We reserve the right to impose interest charge on the outstanding balance.


We reserve the right stop supplying any customers with monthly buying-value less than $2000 in a row of more than 3 months.
